Role and Responsibilities

Provide patient care in a Progressive Care/Stepdown unit, monitoring and managing patients' conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid RN license
• Experience in PCU/IMC/Stepdown settings preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication
