Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses.
• Work 36 hours weekly in 12-hour shifts, ensuring quality patient care and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Valid nursing license.
