Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in a hospital setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, collaborate with the care team, and support patient recovery in a progressive care environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license (Oklahoma or compact)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 2 years of recent progressive care or step-down experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
- Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
