About the role
RN - Operating Room (OR) for a travel assignment in Asheville, NC.
Responsibilities
- Assist with procedural support tasks including patient positioning, safety checks, specimen handling, and labeling.
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate clinical information during handoffs.
- Prepare patients for procedures, verify documentation and consents, and support overall perioperative care.
- Work 40 hours weekly on 8-hour shifts, ensuring safe patient care, procedural support, and effective team communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of OR nursing experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, and procedural skills.
