About the role
Seeking an experienced RN specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care during 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure recovery.
- Assess patient conditions and respond promptly based on established clinical protocols.
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate channels.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of NICU experience.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure clinical settings.
- Strong assessment and patient monitoring skills.
- Knowledge of clinical protocols and medication administration.
Pay
Competitive pay approximately $10,190/month gross.
