About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) to provide patient care and support in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Providing patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
- Facilitating safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and updates.
- Assessing patient status and responding to changes following established clinical protocols.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of NICU experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
