About the role
Seeking an experienced RN for a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) role.
Responsibilities
- Preparing patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitoring post-procedure recovery.
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
- Providing education to patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
- Coordinating patient care with physicians and healthcare team members.
Qualifications and skills
- Proven experience in neonatal intensive care nursing.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work 13-hour shifts and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
