Travel Nurse - Medical Surgical / Telemetry

We are seeking an experienced RN for a travel assignment in Canton, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly
• Support safe care transitions through handoffs and care plan updates
• Maintain infection prevention protocols and safe medication practices
• Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately
• Coordinate care with physicians and clinical team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in Med Surg / Telemetry
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
