We are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient status and responding to clinical changes using established protocols.
• Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Supporting safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
