Responsibilities
- Assessing patient status
- Responding to clinical changes
- Maintaining infection control and safe medication practices
- Educating patients and families on care plans and discharge
- Supporting safe care transitions through handoffs and updates
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to work independently
Schedule
36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts.
