Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process for top-of-scope practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based care
• Precept new staff and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care
• Provide care in acute Med-Surg units
• Support professional growth and maintain safety and quality standards
• Model proficiency in nursing practices and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered culture

Requirements

• Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross (valid prior to start)
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, innovative clinical environments
