About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg to join our team for a travel assignment in West Dundee, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient responses.
- Provide quality care during 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong assessment, documentation, and medication administration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
