Travel Nurse - Medical Surgical

We are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg for a travel nursing role in Smyrna, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Support safe patient care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates
• Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate channels
• Maintain infection prevention and safe medication administration standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to follow safety and infection control protocols

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts
