Responsibilities
- Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns appropriately
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress
- Administering medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
Schedule
- 36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts
