Responsibilities

• Perform focused patient reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses

Schedule

• Work 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week
