Travel Nurse - Med Surg

We are seeking an experienced RN for a travel nursing role in medical-surgical nursing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in med-surg nursing

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to clinical changes
• Conduct focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate channels
• Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

36 hours weekly in 13-hour shifts
