Seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg for a travel nursing role in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and clinical team members.
• Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and providing post-procedure monitoring.
• Supporting safe transitions of care through handoffs and care plan updates.
• Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns appropriately.
