We are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg to support patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and monitoring post-procedure
- Ensuring safe care transitions through handoffs and updates
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and progress in medical records
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
36 hours per week across 13-hour shifts.
