About the role

Responsibilities
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in medical records
- Maintain infection prevention and safe medication administration standards
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of relevant nursing experience
