About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg for a travel assignment in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Role Details
- Work 36 hours per week, with 13-hour shifts.
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient responses.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure care.
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in medical records.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
