Travel Nurse - Med Surg

Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure recovery.
• Support safe care transitions through handoffs and updated care plans.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in medical records.
• Deliver quality patient care, ensure effective communication, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Ability to work 36 hours weekly, with 13-hour shifts.
