About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg to provide patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns
- Coordinate care with physicians and clinical team members
- Educate patients and families about the care plan and discharge procedures
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and monitor post-procedure
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
Schedule
12-hour shifts, 36 hours weekly.
