Travel Nurse - Med Surg

Seeking an experienced RN for a travel Med Surg assignment in Lodi, California.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge procedures
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and updates to care plans

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills in Med Surg nursing
• Ability to document and communicate effectively
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Schedule

12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
