OneStaff Medical is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department Manager for a 26-week assignment in Eastland, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Manage the emergency department operations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care quality
- Oversee staffing and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing
- At least 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting
- Experience managing healthcare staff and resources
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of emergency medical procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
