Travel Nurse - LPN/LVN

About the role

A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with addiction and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience to provide patient care across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Administering and dispensing medication following physician directives
• Monitoring treatment plans and ensuring protocol compliance
• Performing and interpreting Mantoux tests
• Coordinating appointments, lab work, and referrals
• Training staff on health and safety procedures, maintaining medical equipment
• Educating clients on treatment options, side effects, and lab results
• Supporting prenatal care and coordinating outside services for pregnant patients
• Managing medical supplies and providing health education

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Experience with addiction treatment and MAT protocols (training provided)
• Ability to travel regionally up to 75%
