About the role
B2B Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Level IV for a 13-week assignment in San Diego, California.
Responsibilities
- Caring for critically ill newborns in a high-acuity Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Working in a fast-paced pediatric acute care environment
- Providing 1:1–2 nurse-to-patient ratios
- Handling complex surgical and critical care cases
- Exposure to high-risk deliveries, ventilator management, central lines and IV drips, post-operative neonatal care, trachs and G-tubes, HIE/Cooling, CDH, NEC, gastroschisis/Omphalocele, myelomeningocele
- Flexibility with rotating day/night schedules, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Active RN License
- BLS Certification
- Advanced NRP Certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
- Level IV NICU experience strongly preferred
- Level III NICU experience with surgical and cardiac patients may be considered
