Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Previous NICU/RN experience preferred
- Strong skills in neonatal nursing care, patient assessment, health teaching, health counseling, therapy and treatment planning, documentation, and patient care coordination
- Ability to collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provide family-centered care
- English proficiency (read, write, speak)
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Monitor neonatal patients and administer treatments
- Educate families on care and support
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced NICU environment
