B2B Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR Lead for a 13-week assignment in San Diego, California.
Responsibilities
- Perform CVOR procedures including open heart, circulating, and cardiac robotic surgeries
- Assess and improve competencies in CVOR procedures
- Lead sterile processing teams
- Communicate effectively with physicians and sterile processing teams
Requirements
- Current CA RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Two years recent, relevant clinical experience in CVOR
- CVOR certification (Open heart, circulating, Cardiac robotic procedures)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leadership roles
- Ability to assess and improve competencies in CVOR procedures
- Scrub experience
- Strong relationships with physicians and sterile processing teams
