About the Role
This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in infusion care, working in a travel setting.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clinically relevant updates to providers to support decision-making.
- Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies.
- Perform medication reconciliation and communicate discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
- Strong communication, patient education, and infection control skills.
