Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and families about the care plan and discharge instructions.
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate channels.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
