Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and clinical team members
- Assess patient status and respond to changes based on clinical protocols
- Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of ICU nursing experience
Key Duties
- Work 36 hours weekly in 13-hour shifts
- Provide high-quality patient care and ensure proper communication within the care team
