Requirements

• At least 2+ years of ICU experience

Responsibilities

• Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels
• Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and updates to care plans
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure recovery
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to support patient care transitions and effectively communicate concerns

Schedule

36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts
