Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of ICU nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Providing patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions
• Coordinating patient care with physicians and clinical team members
• Supporting safe care transitions through handoffs and updates

Schedule

• Working 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts
