Key Responsibilities Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.Assess patient status and respond to changes using established protocols.Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge needs. Role Details Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.Compensation approximately $11,416/month gross.
