Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and provide advanced critical care to critically ill patients
- Operate life-support and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
- Administer complex medications
- Document patient responses
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families
- Ensure safety and infection control
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- One year of recent ICU experience
- Valid RN license
- CURRENT BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking
- Excellent communication
- Physical ability to assist with equipment
- Proficiency in English
- Able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
