Position: RN - ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment. Responsibilities Include Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and procedures, providing post-procedure monitoring.Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.Educating patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.Administering medications, treatments, and monitoring patient responses.
