Travel Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure recovery.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records.
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
• Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and updates to care plans.
• Deliver high-quality emergency care, ensure proper documentation, educate patients and families, and facilitate safe transitions of care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts.
