Travel Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records
• Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate clinical channels
• Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and clinical team members
• Assessing patient status and responding to changes following established protocols

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Skills

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an RN, preferably in the Emergency Department

Key Duties

• Work 48 hours weekly in 12-hour shifts
