Responsibilities
- Provide patient and family education on care plans and discharge instructions
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain infection control and safe medication administration standards
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
