Travel Nurse - Emergency Department - Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to provide patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. Applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records
• Supporting safe patient transitions through effective handoffs and care plan updates
• Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns via appropriate clinical channels

Requirements

• Proven experience in emergency nursing
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to perform reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately
