Responsibilities
- Assessing patient conditions and responding to changes using clinical protocols
- Supporting safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates
- Preparing patients for diagnostic tests and monitoring post-procedure as needed
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency department nursing experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and handle high-pressure situations
