About the role
RN - ED (Emergency Department) for a travel assignment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure recovery.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in medical records.
- Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
- Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and updates to care plans.
- Deliver high-quality emergency care, ensure accurate documentation, educate patients and families, and facilitate seamless care transitions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in emergency nursing.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with 10-hour shifts.
- Strong documentation, patient education, and care coordination skills.
