About the role
LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, in Lansing, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive tracers to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
- Prepare patients for examinations, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Operate equipment to capture images and record data accurately.
- Document patient information and results in medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to interpret and communicate test results.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or related field.
- Experience in nuclear medicine technology preferred.
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Passport required for international travel.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 8 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
