American Traveler is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13‑week acute care assignment at a Level 2 trauma facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. The facility operates a two‑room Nuclear Medicine unit and requires coverage of inpatient and outpatient nuclear imaging procedures across all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear imaging procedures on inpatients and outpatients, from neonate to geriatric
• Administer diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and adjunctive medications
• Calculate and measure radiopharmaceutical dosages under physician direction
• Monitor patient condition during imaging and provide quality images for physician diagnosis
• Adhere to NRC rules, regulations, and radiation safety standards while operating cameras and equipment
• Use Siemens Symbia cameras, Epic charting, and SECTRA PACS
• Possibly cross‑train to perform PET/CT scans (not required)
• Complete unit‑specific training on PACS and Epic systems
• Wear dark gray or gray scrubs and badge in/out at the
