About the role

Treva Workforce is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a position in Lansing, Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive tracers to diagnose and treat various diseases and conditions.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and safety.
  • Document patient information accurately and securely, following regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to interpret images and provide clinical reports.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Michigan.
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience in a clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of nuclear medicine principles and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to travel within the United States.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule
