About the role
Treva Workforce is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a position in Lansing, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive tracers to diagnose and treat various diseases and conditions.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and ensuring patient comfort.
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and safety.
- Document patient information accurately and securely, following regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to interpret images and provide clinical reports.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Michigan.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of nuclear medicine principles and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 8 hours, days.
