About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Johnson City, New York.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Accurately document patient information and procedure results in the medical record.
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of New York.
- Experience in performing nuclear medicine procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technologist program.
- Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technologist from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Skills
- Proficiency with nuclear medicine equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
