Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech - $3,027 per week

American Traveler is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Carson City, Nevada, starting October 19, 2026. The position requires NMTCB or ARRT (NM) certification and a Nevada radiation license. First‑time travelers are not preferred for this assignment and blocked scheduling is not available. Responsibilities

• Work in the Imaging department, Nuclear Medicine unit.
• Perform nuclear medicine procedures using GE equipment, Sectra PACS, and Epic EMR.
• Cover 4×10‑hour day shifts (either 6:30 AM‑5:00 PM or 7:00 AM‑5:30 PM) with typically one weekday off.
• Provide on‑call coverage until 6:00 PM on weekdays.
• Participate in rotating weekend call, averaging one weekend per month from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

Requirements

• NMTCB or ARRT (NM) certification required.
• Nevada state radiation license required (if applicable).
• Minimum of 2+ years of Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency with GE nuclear medicine imaging systems.
• Experience with Sectra PACS and Epic EMR.
• Ability to manage on‑call and weekend call responsibilities.
