About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Hazard, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using nuclear medicine equipment
- Prepare patients for imaging studies and explain procedures
- Administer radioactive tracers and monitor patient responses
- Record patient data accurately and document findings
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current state license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Experience in nuclear medicine preferred
- Knowledge of radiation safety regulations
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with medical terminology and equipment
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN

Pay
