Travel Nuclear Med Tech - $2,142 per week

About the Role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13‑week contract assignment in San Antonio, TX. The traveler will independently perform all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine using technical knowledge and good judgment to provide safe and effective examinations. Duties include acquiring and processing patient studies, setting up readings for physicians, and maintaining accurate and complete daily records. The assignment starts 11/16/2026, runs 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on a 3×12‑hour day shift schedule. Employment type: Travel/Contract/Temporary.

Requirements

• AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
• BSN from an accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
• At least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist)
