About the role

This is a 13-week assignment with night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on a 3x12-hour schedule. The facility uses Epic for charting and has a bed count of 556, specializing in children's care.

Pay

$2,370 to $2,563 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience
  • Certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT

  • Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Basic EKG
  • Nasal airway suctioning, Oral/nasal Suctioning, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Sputum specimen collection
  • Patient Transport (inter-departmental and ambulance)
  • Assist in high-risk delivery, NICU, Pediatric Critical Care
  • ARDS, Aspiration, Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, Cystic fibrosis, Pneumonia, Pulmonary Hygiene, Respiratory distress syndrome, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), Transient Tachypnea of the newborn
  • Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI), Medihaler, Hand held
  • High frequency oscillator
